These provisions can help uplift the peace and serenity of the
people.

It is our heartfelt belief that the painstaking implementation of this system will create
economic buoyancy and the type of autonomy that we have not enjoyed globally. The
Ugandan GDP and Gold reserves will quadruple and surpass what obtains at the
moment in North America, Europe and Asia. The days of the perpetual parasitic
model of handing over scare mineral resources to the IMF/WORLD BANK, in
exchange for a weak and devalued local currency will be effectively dead. Ugandan
People, be them students, business men or just tourists, can now travel with dignity
knowing that they have sufficient currency of theirs to spend and not dependent on the
whims and manipulations of clever wall street technicians.
The New Dawn of Mineral Sovereignty for Uganda andAfrica will be ushered in with
Pride and Dignity.
